ZipRealty is offering its popular iPhone and iPod Touch application on the iPad.

With the app, users will be able to see a host of listing information on more than 4,000 cities and neighborhoods nationwide. In addition to listing prices and property information, it will also display search results on Google Maps, allowing users to see homes currently on the market as well as a comprehensive list of recently sold homes with sale prices.

The app syncs with the user's ZipRealty.com account, making it easy to bookmark listings on the computer, via mobile or the iPad. Users will also be able to search for more geo-targeted homes that meet their unique home-buying criteria, such as price range, the number of bedrooms or bathrooms, and by property type. Those without a .com account will be prompted to register.

The app is free and also features home price estimates as reported by Cyberhomes and eppraisal, an opportunity for the user to provide direct feedback on the application to ZipRealty via the feedback tab, and the ability to contact a ZipRealty agent in one click.
