One way or the other, people have strong views about working for the government. Many people feel the high or limitless salary cap of privet sector jobs outweigh the benefits of government jobs. Others believe the security of a government career outweighs the benefits and possibilities of achieving higher income levels the privet sector offers. With an average hourly rate $12 higher than the privet sector; the government seems to be paying a bit better than their privet sector counterparts. Government jobs also offer better benefits than privet sector jobs. However, many say its a matter of personality, are you risky or do you prefer stability? Do you want an unrestrained ability to achieve or would you prefer a predictable outcome?
