Creativity is the hallmark of Americans. From the beginning, we have been know for making things happen, some how, some way, we move things forward, and we get things done. The old adage is true for us Americans, where theres a will theres a way. Over the years our country has had its ups and downs, and we have found a way out of every sticky situation.  Today, what do you do when your home just will not sell?

This is the case with our current real estate crisis. Many people are forced to get creative, but what better way to respond to a failing housing market and an administration making things worse. Once again, its up to the people to come up with answers, because our current administration isnt doing it. With a president concerned with playing the blame game, pointing the finger at the last guy instead of taking responsibility and getting things done, its time we take our fate into our own hands.

Her home was her retirement fund, and when the market interfered with her plans she decided to charge $400.00 a night for her 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental to help her pay her $3000.00 mortgage. Creativity is what this economy and administration is forcing us into, but it may not be all bad. Sometimes a failing administration can be a blessing in disguise, although this blessing is really disguised.
