We all want to own a home, and some of us want to buy and see our homes. Of course, there are many decisions when it comes to buying a home, for instance, where do you buy? How do you go about picking your new neighborhood, remember you are going to live there for a while, or if you are purchasing it for an investment, you will have to convince others to live there for a while. So, the questions becomes, when to buy and in what neighborhoods?

You have to be a genius to predict what neighborhoods are going to turn around and become thriving up and coming neighborhoods, or you have to be in on the development and have some inside information on the future of an area of town. Other than that, even if you are looking at something just down the street from the trendy part of town, you may want to think twice about predicting which way the trends will flow. They may not flow down towards your side of the block.

When buying a future home, a place you are going to live and maybe bring up your children, think practical, buy where you want to live and worry less about whats going on down the block.
