The Distressed Property Institute, LLC, has resources available for agents and homeowners about the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA), including a recently released video, "What in the World is HAFA," that explains the new short sale and deed-in-lieu processes created by HAFA:

"HAFA is a giant step in the right direction to help the millions of U.S. distressed homeowners currently looking for options," said Alex Charfen, co-founder and CEO of the Institute.
