testimonials are one of the most powerful ways to build your online identity

Ross suggests using online sources such as Yelp and LinkedIn
to post your videos. Yelp ranks high on most search engines. Recommend a
business that you frequent. "Do this
without expecting the person you recommended to reciprocate." she says, "The
Law of Attraction says that this will come back to you in a positive way. It
just may not return through the same person you recommended."
You
will build your online presence while helping others build theirs.
It's a win-win.
"The
reason this approach is so important in today's market is that a large
majority of today's buyers and sellers will Google your name before they ever
contact you." writes Ross, "If they see that you have plenty of positive
testimonials, you're much more likely to be hired."
Ross
says this method rates high with the Gen Y buyers and sellers. "The fact that you went out of your
way to help others... is especially important." she says. This is an important
core value to them, "When you demonstrate this behavior, they are more likely
to contact you when they are ready to list and sell."
