Kathy Soltero interviews 2010 Annual Meeting sponsors Shawn King and Deborah Baker with Canyon Title, who provide quick service.

Kathy Soltero: Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV and today we're at the 2010 annual meeting here in Denver. Joined with me are some of the sponsors of our event, and we have Shawn and Deborah from Canyon Title. Shawn, tell me a little bit about your company.

Shawn King: Well that is a great question. I will tell you all about it. Canyon Title has been in business for about eight years on a current ownership for the last three years. One of the things we really specialize in is how fast we can turn our commitments. Our average turns time on our commitments last month was about four hours. So we're lightning-fast, we service all the 64 counties in Colorado, and you guys are going to find that were as competitive as anybody else out there, and one of the things that we really pride ourselves on, is not only do we do all these great things with title, but we also help realtors increase the business, and so thats our real benefit to Metro Brokers.

Deborah Baker: Absolutely. We love to provide, just like Shawn said, value-added services, and so that would include between C classes as well as sign writers, capturing more buyers, business, and in other services like that.
