In this video from IPTV Boyz, Steve Pisano of Vacant Interiors  talks about working with realtors, buyers and sellers to fix up their houses.

Interviewer:  Hi, I am Kathy Soltero with metrobrokerstv.com.  And today we are at the 2011 Metro Brokers Annual Meeting, and we are talking with some of our wonderful sponsors today.  We are lucky to have a lot of great sponsors.  Steve tell me about your company?

Steve Pisano:  Hi, I'm the owner of Vacant Interiors.  We work for buyers, sellers, renters... we do the paint, the carpet, the handyman work, whatever you might need to get a house ready.

Interviewer:  And how is business going so far this year?

Steve Pisano:  Business is doing great this year!  It's shaping up to be a great year so we are excited.

Interviewer:  What do you specialize in?  Do you see a lot of bank owned properties more so than just rental owners?

Steve Pisano:  Ah, the bank owned houses are really picking up, but we specialize in any and everything.  The sellers have dropped off with the recession, but the buyers, people buying the houses are hiring us like crazy.  Now we are seeing the bank owns come back and we are seeing sellers come back to fix up their houses so they can sell them.  So it's looking much better than '08 and '09.

Interviewer:  Good for you.  Well, we are very happy to have as a sponsor for our event.  Thank you very much for being here.

Steve Pisano:  Thanks for inviting me.
