Todd Searles:  Thank you.  We are glad to be here.

Metro Brokers TV:  Glad to have you.  So, tell us a little bit about ATBS, what you do, how long you have been in business, and what you can offer our membership?

Todd Searles:  Thank you.  To start out, ATBS has been in business since 1998.  We are the largest independent contractor business service provider and we specialize in providing all of the back office support to independent contractors.  So, our services come with complete unlimited business consulting.  We do budgets, we do monthly P&L statements, we do tax estimates, we do benchmarking for industry and companies as well as their tax... year end tax returns.  So, for the independent contractor who has a business within a business, we are not a software company, but we actually provide that business service for the independent brokers, which allows them to focus their time on generating greater revenues, reducing their expenses, greater profits, and lower turnover which inevitably is a benefit for the brokerage company they work for as well.

Metro Brokers TV:  Absolutely and allows us to better serve our clients, because you take care of the details.

Todd Searles:  Absolutely.  Your time is best spent buying and selling and representing clients in real estate, let us take care of all that back office work, and it also allows you to get these statements on a monthly basis so you are making proactive adjustments to what you need to do in the industry rather than what unfortunately is going on right now is typically an adjustment maybe at the end of the year when it is too late.
