Interviewer:   Hi I am Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV, and today we are at our 2012 Metro Brokers Annual Meeting at the Wellshire Event Center, and we are talking with some of our sponsors at today's event.  And today we have John Matthews, he is with White Orchid Interiors, and tell us a little bit about your company. 

John Matthews:  Sure, White Orchid Interiors, we are a full service home staging and interior design firm, and we serve all of Colorado.  We stage properties in all price points, and all styles, and we, one of our areas of expertise is that we own all of our furniture, our working accessories, we have our own delivery trucks, and our delivery crew, so we can keep cost down, and at the end of the day, nobody stages more Colorado real estate than White Orchid Interiors.  We stage about $100 million a year in real estate. 

Interviewer:   How important is it to stage a property?

John Matthews:  Oh it's critical, you pretty much have to stage in this market, in the climate that we are in today, the prospective buyers are very picky, they have the ability to go through, and look at a lot of different properties, and so you really need to make your home stand out.  There are so many keys to that, it's obviously marketing, pricing, and the presentation of the home, making sure that it looks its best.
