MetroBrokersTV: Hi. I am Scott Shields, communications director with Metro Brokers Inc. and I am down here at the CAR state convention. I am here with Teresa Micale. Teresa, thank you for stopping by and speaking with us today. So, tell us a little about yourself and how long have you been with Metro Brokers?

Teresa Micale: Probably four or five years.

MetroBrokersTV: Great and what office are you out of?

Teresa Micale: Highlands Ranch Town Center.

MetroBrokersTV: Why did you join Metro Brokers?

Teresa Micale: To save money. Wanted to own my own company and enjoy the profit myself.

MetroBrokersTV: So, by joining Metro Brokers, you gave yourself basically an increase in salary due to the low cost and having, would you agree with that, that's one of the main reasons?

Teresa Micale: Absolutely.

MetroBrokersTV: Great and do you see anything else coming up the pipe for Metro Brokers? Where do you see Metro Brokers in the future with the way the real estate industry is going right now?

Teresa Micale: Well, I think they are going to grow by leaps and bounds with the way the market is.
