Kathy Soltero interviews 2010 Annual Meeting sponsor Gerry Powers with Centralized Showing Service, who provide easy scheduling services.
Kathy Soltero: Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV. Today we're at our 2010 annual meeting and we're talking with some of our promoters and today we have Gerry with us. Gerry, thanks so much for being one of our special promoters.
Gerry Powers: Thank you.
Interviewer: And tell me a little bit about your company.
Gerry Powers: Our company is called Centralized Showing Service. It's been in business for about 15 years. Our corporate head office is in Kansas City, but we've got six call centers in United States, which is one of the biggest benefits of the company. So if we have a little problem in one of our call centers, we've got five others that we can pile on, so there is no interruption.
Interviewer: How would you say you benefit Metro Brokers' agents members specifically?
Gerry Powers: Well number one, having been a top producer and a broker owner myself, I can tell you that most of the agents will tell you that they will get more showings with us. The simple fact is, you can't answer the phone all the time. We do, thats all we do, and that the biggest thing that I emphasize, is thats all we do, is set showings.
Interviewer: Well tell us, if they need to get in touch with you to get more information about Centralized Showing, how can they get in contact with you?
Gerry Powers: They can just contact me via my e-mail, which is very simple: gerryp@showings.com, is Gerry with a G, or they can go on and log on to the website, which is www.showings.com, and they can get all that information, but we have got so many Metro Broker offices and agents anyway that they probably know, you know, what's going on.
