Sandy Trujillo says there is no other business model like Metro Brokers

MetroBrokersTV: You are watching another great episode on metrobrokerstv.com and I am Scott Shields and I am joined here today with the newly installed SMDRA Chairman of the Board, Sandy Trujillo, Hope Enterprises, LLC. Sandy, thanks so much for coming down and speaking with us today.

Sandy Trujillo: Pleasure. Thank you.

MetroBrokersTV: Tell us about your Metro Brokers experience? When did you join Metro Brokers?

Sandy Trujillo: It has been almost three years now and I am at the Littleton office, Dry Creek and Broadway, great office, wonderful people there, lot of great synergy in the office. If you ever have any questions, there is always somebody to ask and I love being the owner of my own company. I think right now trend wise, what I am seeing as far as the new people that come to orientation at our board, most of those new people are going to the smaller companies instead of the larger franchise companies.

MetroBrokersTV: So, where do you see Metro Brokers in the future and where would you position it with the way the real estate industry is heading?

Sandy Trujillo: You know, Metro Brokers is positioned perfectly because we are the best of both worlds. We can say weve got 1700 agents give or take throughout the state of Colorado, which we belong to that. There is a feeling of belonging, because those signs, they are all the same and we all are a Metro Broker, yet we are our individual company. We dont have to report to somebody else necessarily. We could have people under us that's a beautiful thing. You know we can structure our business the way we want to do it without the rules of a corporate entity directing us.

MetroBrokersTV: So, am I wrong in saying there is no other business model out there like that?

Sandy Trujillo: Yes, you are. Thats right. Thats correct. I love it.
