Interviewer:   Hi I am Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV, and today we are at the Metro Brokers Annual Meeting at the Wellshire Event Center in Denver, and we are talking with some of our great sponsors of this event.  We have got with us today, gentleman from Roof Brokers.  Thank you so much for being one of our sponsors. 

Jeff Henke:  Oh, it's our pleasure.  What a great event, we have been working with REALTORS® and Metro Broker agents now for 20 years, so when we heard about the opportunity, we were glad to be here. 

Interviewer:   Well tell me a little bit about your company, and how it works?

Jeff Henke:  Oh yeah, Roof Brokers has been around Denver for 20 years, we actually, our business model is actually designed around REALTORS® wants and needs.  We know you need everything yesterday, so we have got six inspectors that could be actually be at your property within 24 hours, weather permitting, and get the house assessed, get it measured, and we actually can offer three bids within 24 hours, from the multitude of companies that we work with. 

Interviewer:   Do you think that this really helps in the real estate business in the sense of being able to get people out there quickly?

Jeff Henke:  You know what, it definitely does.  I mean especially in this economy and in this world, everybody needs something right now.  I had a gentleman just last week that called me up at a 2 o'clock closing, and found out 9 o'clock in the morning they had roof issue.  We actually got one of our inspectors down, it was a minor repair, got him taken care of, everything closed perfectly, and went great.  So, I think being able to be expedient like that is definitely a plus.
