Metro Brokers TV:  So, tell us a little bit about your company, what you guys do, and how you can serve Metro Brokers members?

Linda Aulisio:  Sure.  I am the Director Sales at the hotel.  We are a new hotel that opened at the end of July this year.  So, we are really new in the Inverness Business Park.  What we do is we can offer extended stay rates for people that are looking for housing in between their moves from different states or just relocating into the Denver area.

Metro Brokers TV:  Terrific and you are part of Hilton?

Linda Aulisio:  Yeah, we are a part of Hilton,[Phonetic] so if anyone is a Hilton Owners person, they will get their points and their miles for staying with our hotel.

Todd Searles:  Thank you.  We are glad to be here.

Metro Brokers TV:  Glad to have you.  So, tell us a little bit about ATBS, what you do, how long you have been in business, and what you can offer our membership?

Todd Searles:  Thank you.  To start out, ATBS has been in business since 1998.  We are the largest independent contractor business service provider and we specialize in providing all of the back office support to independent contractors.  So, our services come with complete unlimited business consulting.  We do budgets, we do monthly P&L statements, we do tax estimates, we do benchmarking for industry and companies as well as their tax... year end tax returns.  So, for the independent contractor who has a business within a business, we are not a software company, but we actually provide that business service for the independent brokers, which allows them to focus their time on generating greater revenues, reducing their expenses, greater profits, and lower turnover which inevitably is a benefit for the brokerage company they work for as well.

Metro Brokers TV:  Absolutely and allows us to better serve our clients, because you take care of the details.

Todd Searles:  Absolutely.  Your time is best spent buying and selling and representing clients in real estate, let us take care of all that back office work, and it also allows you to get these statements on a monthly basis so you are making proactive adjustments to what you need to do in the industry rather than what unfortunately is going on right now is typically an adjustment maybe at the end of the year when it is too late.

Metro Brokers TV: I am Amy Chase and I am here today at the Metro Brokers annual meeting at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. I am here today with Melissa Olson with MetroList. Melissa, welcome.

Melissa Olson: Thank you. Thank you for having us at the annual meeting today. Well, I am from Metrolist and as you know, we are the multiple listing service for Colorado. In fact, we believe we are Colorado's MLS of choice. We have so many things to offer for Metro Brokers. We have recently launched online contracts and document storage and that's been really, really well received and I can't wait for Metro Brokers to pick up the online contract form system with us and start teaching you how to use it. We also have some other really great features that recently went live. We added Walk Score, REcolorado, which as you know is our public website. We also have 4000 IDX websites and all the listings get distributed to over 4000 websites locally. So, we think we have got some really great services, really great features and everything is included with the $15 a month membership fee.

Scott Manning:  Thank you for having us.

Metro Brokers TV:  Thank you for being here.  So, tell us a little bit about GE Securities, what do you do, how long have you been in business, and how can you best serve Metro Brokers membership?

Scott Manning:  Well, GE Securities or General Electric what most people now is the Supra, the old Supra business lockboxes.  We were started back in 1955 by an agent who started chasing keys around properties, took a Yale bicycle lock, started making the mechanical key boxes, and they are still used in Denver today.  So, about 20 years ago, we came up with an electronic version, finding a way to be able to track who is going in and out of properties.  It has come a long way since Denver started years ago.  What we like to do now with our technologies, we have got wireless technologies, cell phone technology, finding ways to get information instant and in real time, using cell phones and PDAs to track showing information who is going in and out of properties.
