People have been saying it for a couple years now and economists have debated it for even longer. The word on the lips of everyone these days is Jobs. Private sector jobs will get us out of this recession and save many industries, including the real estate industry.

Government jobs will not save the economy, which is the bulk of jobs created by the current administration. Mort Suckerman says there needs to be job re-education and education in the right fields. Many fields cant find people who are qualified to fill the jobs.
