Interviewer:   Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV.  Today we are at the 2012 Metro Brokers Annual Meeting at the Wellshire Event Center in Denver.  We're talking with some of our sponsors of today's event and we want to talk with North American Title, we have Desiree Banka from North American Title.  Thank you so much for joining us.

Desiree Banka:  Thank you, we're very happy to be here.  We love working with Metro Brokers and with their realtors and so we're excited to get to come back every year and be a part of this great event with them.

Interviewer:   Desiree, tell me a little about North American Title and why it's such a great title company.

Desiree Banka:  Well, North American is, is actually a national company.  A lot of people only know us here in Colorado but we are spread across the nation, and so we're, we're very well known for a lot of the things that we do well but most especially for our customer service.  We love working with our customers and building those relationships.  We also are known for many of our great tools that help realtors out there in the marketplace with their business to help keep them connected with their clients and to provide top information for them as well.

Interviewer:   Why is it so important to pick a good title company?

Desiree Banka:  You know, in this day and age just like we've seen in a lot of different industries, there is a lot of change.  The economy has been a little tough for a lot of people and you want to make sure that the person or the title company you are working with is stable, that they're going to be there tomorrow.  We are an insurance company and you want to make sure that you've got the insurance for that deal and so, you know, we're here to give you that support and make sure that you can count on us tomorrow.
