Interviewer:  Hi, I am Kathy Soltero with metrobrokerstv.com.  And today we are at the 2011 Metro Brokers Annual Meeting in Glendale, Colorado, and we are talking with some of our fabulous sponsors at this event this year.  Thank you so much for being one our sponsors, Kevin, tell me about your company, Metrolist?

Kevin Best:  Oh, you are welcome, we love being here and we are probably one of the longest sponsors in the history of this wonderful organization.  Metrolist is the multiple listing service for Denver.  We have more listing distribution than any other MLS in the state, 4000 IDX websites, some of the largest public websites as well as the sole Denver Post.com listing distribution.  So stop by and see us, we appreciate the opportunity to be here.

Interviewer:  Metrolist has changed so much over the years too.  Now it's got such a broader base I think that it's approaching.  Tell me about some of the changes you think and how it's working.

Kevin Best:  Well, we are putting in some new searches right now.  It's kind of the next generation of prime access searching which is going to allow a lot more flexibility than we've ever seen before.  We've also integrated a lot of tools, such as showing assist, instanet, our online forms program, and we are starting to see that with the way the real estate market is right now our services are being more widely accepted in the mountains and to the North and the South, because we do have some things that the other MLS's don't have.

Interviewer:  Right.  Well, we really appreciate you being one of our sponsors and being here today with us.

Kevin Best:  No problem, we are glad to be here.
