Metro Brokers TV: This is Mark Eibner, we are at Inman Connect in San Francisco, 2009 and I am here today with Ron Goodman and Ron Goodman is on the Technology Committee for MetroBrokers and Ron probably not a better event for you to be attending?

Ron Goodman: Oh I am having a great time, I am meeting some folks that have some wonderful ideas, the social networking seminars, the SEO, and lead conversion discussion this morning was just a real eye-opener.

Metro Brokers TV: I find that the classes here are lot more advanced than anything you are going to find it, any other seminars across the US including NAR.

Ron Goodman: I agree, I have been to a lot of seminars and lot of meetings coming from an IT background and these guys; they do real estate websites in IT and are... they are really on the bleeding edge of technology and I am happy to be a part of it.

Metro Brokers TV: So this is first time you have been to Inman event then?

Ron Goodman: This is my first Inman, probably will not be my last.

Metro Brokers TV: Yeah well there, the January show is a great show, this is a great show, so what are you looking to take away from Inman this year yourself then in, what can you take away from MetroBrokers and be a part of the Technology Committee?

Ron Goodman: Well to answer the second part first, I am hoping that we can make some connections with our current vendors and sort of help them understand what we are looking for, for better SEO for the MetroBrokers online website and we are almost there but we really have some more work to do. So the vendors that we are working with have some technology folks here at the conferences well, so we are hoping to lock horns with them a little bit and help them understand what we are looking and improve the search engine optimization for MetroBrokers online, generate more leads for our brokers.

Metro Brokers TV: Yeah you are talking about Terabitz I guess right?

Ron Goodman: Yeah Terabitz correct.

Metro Brokers TV: Super Ron, it has been nice meeting you here hope you pick up lots of tips for organization?

Ron Goodman: Good looking forward to it and looking forward to working on the IT committee again, thanks.
