Metro Brokers Director of Education, Michaelana Nofzinger, discusses the advantages of continuing education classses from Metro Brokers.

Interviewer:  Hi this is Tom Guest with Metro Brokers at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland at one of our free CREC Mandatory Classes taught by Tony Marietta.

Michaelann Nofzinger:  My name is Michaelann Nofzinger and I'm the Director of Education for Metro Brokers.  I've been with Metro Brokers since February of this year and I've been in the real estate world for the last 14 years.

What programs have you put together for Metro Brokers this year?
Well for starters, we've implemented the education program for Metro Brokers, we're offering free CREC updates to our members and any other classes that we offer to our members are $4.00 a credit hour.  So, we are really trying to help promote and educate our members so that they can be leaders and pioneers in the real estate community through education.  

Are these educational classes available online?
We do have a partnership with the Real Estate Training Center.  We do offer online courses and we also are offering a Colorado Brokerage Licensing Course.  Through Metro Brokers, if you come onboard for at least one year, you can take the class for $338.00 which is absolutely unbeatable; most online courses are around $600.00.  

What are your thoughts about the class today?
Well this is the second class I've done with Tony here at the Loveland Budweiser Events Center and he is incredible, I'm so proud to say that he is a Metro Broker and he is an instructor for us, he is very knowledgeable, has a lot of energy and he really takes control of the class, and you know four hours just seems to fly by.  I know a lot of the people as they were leaving, I had gotten some feedback, and they said that he was one of the best instructors they have ever had.  

How does the free education provided by Metro Brokers benefit the company?
Well just from the feedback from our members, they're elated, and so that makes me feel good, they're very happy; this is a true benefit for them and I don't know of any other company that promotes education the way we do. Frankly, I feel like it kind of brings our company together, you know all these separate companies working together, I feel it brings us together, keeps us cohesive.
