Interviewer:  Hi, this is Tom Guest with Metro Brokers at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland at one of our free CREC Mandatory Classes taught by Tony Marietta.

Toni Munoz:  Hello, Im Toni Munoz and I am with Serene Realty Metro Brokers.  

What advantages has Metro Brokers offered to your career?
There are a number of opportunities and a number of benefits that Metro Brokers has to offer, a number of them are free, one is the continuing education that we have, TV commercials, websites, continuing education in office and just a lot of camaraderie with the other agents.  

How has Metro Brokers saved you money?
Metro Brokers allows us to reallocate our funding, it allows us to spend that on buyers and sellers into a share closing, successful closings.  

How does the free educaiton provided by Metro Brokers benenfit you and your company?
Time is money and so, because Metro Brokers has education classes online that allows us to schedule our day accordingly when working with buyers and sellers.  It's just another benefit that we can continue our education while still meeting those demands for our buyers and sellers.  

What are your future plans with Metro Brokers?
I would like to stay with Metro Brokers of course and also work very diligently on recruiting my colleagues.  I really believe in the Metro Brokers model.
