 (Colorado Springs, CO) April XX, 2009 - Metro Brokers, Inc. is excited to announce the grand opening of the first Colorado Springs downtown office. Located at 325 North Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, the new office opens its doors on April 13, 2009 as the third Metro Brokers, Inc. located in Colorado Springs and will service the entire Colorado Springs community.

 "Our new downtown location will provide our clients with central access to our agents and a great opportunity for our agents to expand into the commercial real estate market." said Broker Owner, Doug DeWitt.

The opening of the Colorado Springs downtown office will kick off with a meet and greet open house on Friday May 1^st, complete with cocktails and appetizers. Open to the public, this event will give the community an opportunity to interact with agents as well as familiarize themselves with the new office location.

The downtown office will consist of ten independent real estate agents specializing in residential real estate with the intention of entering into the commercial sector in the near future. With every transaction made, the new downtown Colorado Springs Metro Brokers office makes a donation to Pikes Peak United Way, a locally-governed, independent organization dedicated to addressing the underlying causes of problems and creating lasting changes throughout El Paso and Teller counties.
