Metro Brokers TV:  Welcome to MetroBrokers TV.  We are at the Inman Connect in San Francisco, 2009, and I am with MetroBrokers Executive Director Maria Cook and welcome Maria.

Maria Cook:  Hi Mark, how are you?

 Metro Brokers TV:  It looks like you have got a whole tablet here of notes from this year's event, what can you tell us of?

 Maria Cook:  Well I think this event far so past, any of the other Inman's I have ever attended and literally I took like 20 pages of notes.  I have tons of great information to share with the members of Metro Brokers when we get back.  I was really impressed with all the innovation, the change and all of the new ideas and the visualization of the information including video, just the cultural stuff we learned, the collaborative ideas, the importance of collaboration, the speakers were phenomenal, the gentleman...

Metro Brokers TV:  160 speakers this year.

Maria Cook:  Oh it was unbelievable the gentleman who spoke from Zappos and the speaker from New York Times spoke on the evolution of communication and how its changed and I just, I have learned so much on somewhat just overwhelmed and I kind of like to get back and put it all out to the agents of Metro Brokers.

Metro Brokers TV:  well we have eight members out here right our Present elect, current President, past President, yourself, Marketing Director, Technology Director, Technology Assistant and who else is out there is that, is that eight?

 Maria Cook:  Yeah we have, we were lucky to out bring eight agents out.  Everyone was just talking in the room when it concluded about all the things they have learned.  I have never felt this level of excitement even from our agency we attended.  So it's a great, its kind of I think its going to have a huge impact on our organization in our future direction.

 Metro Brokers TV:  Well there is no question you look around here, all the top real estate companies really in the United States whether they are small, boutique shops or large firms they are all here, all their CIO's their CTO's and I think it's a privilege that Metro Brokers and people like yourself are able to attend every year.

 Maria Cook:  I agree Mark and I think it will make us a better organization and point us in the right direction for the future.

 Metro Brokers TV:  That's what we can hope for.

 Maria Cook:  Yeah.
