Interviewer:  Hi this is Tom Guest with Metro Brokers at the Budweiser Event Center in Loveland at one of our free CREC Mandatory Classes taught by Tony Marietta.

Doug Lindstrom:  Hi my name is Doug Lindstrom with Metro Brokers Legacy Partners Realty in Loveland.  We office out of Centerra and we are right at the hub of Northern Colorado.

What advantages has Metro Brokers offered to your career?
Doug Lindstrom:  Metro Brokers has been wonderful from the standpoint of having my own business, that's the best benefit so far as I see it, but the savings and everything else that's goes along with Metro Brokers has just been great for my business in increasing my opportunities in real estate.

How has Metro Brokers saved you money?
Doug Lindstrom:  There is no comparison to other organizations and Metro Brokers, for what you pay for Metro Brokers versus the benefit, it's incomparable.

How does the free education provided by Metro Brokers benefit you and your company?
Doug Lindstrom:  You know, Metro Brokers so far has made it real convenient to get our required classes, they've come up to Northern Colorado the last couple of times for mandatory update classes.  They make it convenient, easy and it keeps us reminded that we need to take these classes as a mandatory.

What are your future plans with Metro Brokers?
Doug Lindstrom:  You know, I might continue to serve two more years on the Board of Directors, I am hopefully going to be growing my brand up here as an individual agent, but really going to focus in 2011 - 2012 on getting some agents more informed about Metro Brokers up here in Northern Colorado and hopefully grow our brand up here in Northern Colorado.
