Metro Brokers TV:  Hello this is Mark Eibner with MetroBrokers TV.  We are at Inman Connect in San Francisco in 2009 and I am with Christina Martin and Christy is the Chair of our Marketing Committee and Christy welcome to the show.

Christina Martin:  Thank you.

Metro Brokers TV:  So what's your take so far in the Inman this year I mean what... what's the take away that's different, you were here last year right?

Christina Martin:  I was here last year.

Metro Brokers TV:  So what do you see this year?

Christina Martin:  I just was... I got a lot more out of the conferences here.  People are lot more optimistic about the market, last year it just seemed like it was lot of doom and gloom, and as far as the technical stuff, there was more [Inaudible] stuff to use this year I mean everything was I don't know just the common, common person could use lot more than I got out of it last year.

Metro Brokers TV:  Yeah think like last year, we had hobby economics people in here right?

Christina Martin:  Right.

Metro Brokers TV:  And we had all the bloggers in here telling you to blog, blog, blog.

Christina Martin:  Blog, blog yeah.

Metro Brokers TV:  But this year we have got skill sets, we have got lot of take aways things you can do.

Christina Martin:  Absolutely, absolutely you know and they had lot of, lot of different variety of speakers this year and you know the lot more lenders I know it was just, just the variety of speakers that they had this year was lot better.

Metro Brokers TV:  So only thing you can tell our membership that they should be looking towards or doing or, what's the take away you can give them from you being here on behalf of our membership?

Christina Martin:  Well I just think that you know that I think our market has at bottom and I think that everybody is turning that you know that they are being very optimistic and we are looking for a brighter future.

Metro Brokers TV:  Yeah well I guess [Inaudible] at the bottom were calling up the top right?

Christina Martin:  We are calling back up.
