Metro Brokers TV:  I am with Metro Broker's Ann Moore, we are down here at the Volunteers of America for the "Toys for Tots give away" and welcome Ann.

Ann Moore:  Thank you very much.

Metro Brokers TV:  Have you helped Metro Broker's Greg Hume on this project much before or is this your first time?

Ann Moore:  This is my first year down here, helping and handing out gifts and it's been great.

Metro Brokers TV:  Oh excellent.  Now whose kids are these?

Ann Moore:  A combination of, two of them are mine and I thought my 9-year-old Clayton and my 11-year-old McCain [phonetic] is in the red and then her friend Emily Barum [phonetic], actually she is a daughter of another broker associate in the same, my same company Metro Broker's Gordon Properties, and so we, the great thing about this is I think for the kids, all of us, really gives us a great appreciation of what we have everyday that many others don't have and so it's good to help out.

Metro Brokers TV:  Yeah, it's got a nice, may be your kids voice, that they don't have to stand in line for an hour in 16 degree weather just to get one toy.

Ann Moore:  That's right, absolutely.  I 100% agree, so that's why we are down here helping.

Metro Brokers TV:  So were there any other Metro Brokers members helping with you or just pretty much you and Greg?

Ann Moore:  Greg Hume and actually Kathleen Barum [phonetic] and she has another Broker Associate here in with Gordon properties as part of one of my other partners in our, in my same group.

Metro Brokers TV:  Excellent, so you are going to be here next year doing this?

Ann Moore:  Yeah, absolutely.  I think it will be a great tradition, as I said it's just wonderful for these guys to appreciate.

Metro Brokers TV:  Yeah, well as I was telling Greg and [Inaudible] you are actually come down here and see the people and see the toys you guys have collected, it doesn't really have the impact.  I don't think people really give a credence of what you are really doing.  So great job, thanks Ann.

Ann Moore:  Thank you so much for coming down to, it's great.
