Metro Brokers TV: Coming to you live at the CAR state
convention. I am Scott Shields with
Metro Brokers TV and I am joined here today with Mark Stine. Mark, thanks for coming down and talking with
us today.
Mark Stine: Thanks Scott.
Thanks for having me.
Metro Brokers TV: Now, Mark, you are up in Steamboat Springs,
correct?
Mark Stine: That's correct.
Metro Brokers TV: Tell us about the real estate industry up
there in the outlying areas, outside of the Denver Metro area. What is it going on, what's happening up
there?
Mark Stine: Well, like anywhere else, we are feeling it a
little bit, but bear in mind our market is a little bit different. We are second home. Our price points or price values are still
holding. Volume is off a little bit, but
still a great place to buy. We are still
when it comes to destination living, Steamboat Springs is the up and coming
place to be. We have wonderful
opportunities to get to us. We have a
wonderful airport that has five different carriers bringing folks to us. It is a great place to be.
Metro Brokers TV: How has the Metro Brokers helped you up in Steamboat?
Mark Stine: Well, I think it has helped me through name brand recognition here on the Front Range
and throughout. It's also great because
of the independence that I have through Metro Brokers. I get the opportunity to build my own
business the way I want and... but yet it is a great place where I am not paying
an exorbitant fees to a franchise.
Metro Brokers TV: So, going back to the earlier question and
just to do a quick followup, where do you see Metro Brokers going with the way
the real estate industry is heading?
Where do you see the real estate industry leading in the next couple of
years?
Mark Stine: Well, just the mere cost of doing real estate,
the Metro Brokers product in that Metro Brokers franchise actually works out well because it
is keeping more money in my pocket and any brokers' that are with me. It keeps more money in their pocket.
Metro Brokers TV: That's great to hear. From Denver to
Steamboat to Pueblo to Grand Junction, Metro Brokers has you
covered. For more information, go to
