Kathy Soltero: Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV. We're here at our 2010 annual meeting and we're talking with some of our sponsors. We have Josh from Wells Fargo talking with us today. Josh, tell me about Wells Fargo. How're you doing?

Josh Smith: I am doing great, Kathy, thank you very much. Wells Fargo is actually the largest lender in the country. As such, I think we have so many benefits to offer to Metro Brokers that it's hard to count. Certainly dont let the fact that we are the largest count against us, please. We offer a full range of products: renovation, reconstruction, reverse mortgage, relocation. We also offer a closing cost guarantee, or closing guarantee, which I think is very important to mention. Our closing guarantee says as long as you give us enough time up front on the file to get it done, we will guarantee the close or we will pay the first month's rent--excuse me--first month's mortgage payment for the client, so.

Interviewer: That's a big benefit. What's your benefit for Metro Brokers members from Wells Fargo, from Wells Fargo?

Josh Smith: Well, I mean, I think often the benefit for the client and knowing that you are going to get loan closed is a big one.

Interviewer: Lots of services there?

Josh Smith: There's so many services that we have to offer--it's hard for me to horn it down, I guess.
