I'm Kathy Soltero with
MetroBrokersTV.com. Today we are at
the Metro Brokers Annual Meeting at
the Wellshire Event Center in Denver. We're talking with some of our sponsors and

Interviewer: Tell
me about your company. What do you guys
do?
Aaron Lebovic: So, basically we are a lead source for investors and real estate brokers. We track distressed
properties and as an example, there are over 16,000 properties that are
actively in distress in the counties we track and 85% of those are not listed
on the MLS. So we are finding an
opportunity for realtors and investors to find properties with motivated
hopeful sellers that should be selling their properties rather than losing them
to foreclosure We also offer tracking services where we let people know when a
property that they're tracking changes status, like if it's about to be lost to
foreclosure sales so they can save deals.
Interviewer: So, is
this sort of lead generation
business?
Aaron Lebovic: It's definitely
lead generation and it's also property
tracking services that we offer.
Interviewer: So it has
a lot of information on the website as well?
Aaron Lebovic: Oh, yeah we have a lot of information. So as soon as a notice of election and demand
is filed within about one business day that property is in our system and we're
also pulling data from many other sources.
So we offer a searchable database
so someone can look for a property in their farming area that meets their
criteria, that's the ideal listing opportunity or for those hard to shop with
buyers where it's hard to find a good deal, we offer properties that are in
distress, might not be listed on the MLS and they can use our service to find
deals for their buyers too.
Interviewer: So do you
find also the banks and the contact information and that sort of thing as well?
Aaron Lebovic: Yeah, we're offering
the homeowner's information - who
they are, where their mailing address is, which is sometimes different from the
property that's in distress. We're also
offering the bank's information -
who is the foreclosing lender, who is the attorney
that's representing the foreclosing lender and we even give their phone number
so you can contact them and try to work something out if the bank is not
complying with what you are trying to accomplish.
