Metro Brokers TV:  Hello Laura.  So, tell me a little about Land Title, what you guys do, what sets you apart, and what you can offer Metro Brokers?

Laura Fick:  I would love to.  Land Title is a local company.  We have been in the Colorado area for 42 years, 50 locations throughout the State, and we are here to take care of you name it, any kind of service that is necessary for the realtor, from marketing to helping them with their automated needs.  We have got online systems that they can access their title work 24/7 and we are supported with lockbox[Phonetic], we are a full service title company that just provides awesome service for our clients.

Metro Brokers TV:  Terrific.

Laura Fick:  Of course, we have the best pens[Phonetic].
