Metro Brokers TV:  Hi.  I am Amy Chase with Metro Brokers TV.  I am here today at the Metro Brokers 2009 annual meeting at the Denver Performing Arts Complex and I am here with Ken Eder with Trinity Title.  Ken welcome.

Ken Eder:  Hi, thank you.

Metro Brokers TV:  So, tell us a little bit about your company, how long you have been in business, what you guys do, and how you can best serve our members?

Ken Eder:  Great.  Well, we are kind of a smaller company.  We have been in business for about six years.  We actually have a ten year 50% reissue rate and what that means is that sellers, buyers they can always save lots of money when you use Trinity Title and so we obviously offer a great discount on that, provide excellent customer service as well.  I mean obviously some of the things that we do, we are always helping to market people and find ways and better ways to penetrate neighborhoods and stuff like that so basically keep them in front of their customers and eliminate them having to do the hard stuff that we do.

Ken Eder:  Yeah.
