Do you think of your business as cool? It used to be that you were cool if you werent a business man and didnt have your own business, but times have changed since rebels like James Dean walked the earth. Now having your own business, especially at a young age, is very cool. Not only is it cool to own a business, but you want to market to the young and hip crowd as well. To do that you may need to have young and hip, albeit professional, people working for your company.

We are in the mists of a growth spurt, with technology, with social standards, and with how business is conducted, and its important to keep in touch with what is happening around us. The days of offering the public no choice is over. There is a variety of everything out there, so to keep up you have to literally keep up. How do you do that?
