Interviewer: Hi this is Tom Guest with Metro Brokers at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland at one of our free CREC Mandatory Classes taught by Tony Marietta.

Joe Bennell:  Hi my name is Joe Bennell with Metro Brokers Longmont Real Estate.  And I have been in the real estate business now for seven years; I have been affiliated with Metro Brokers for the last two, I'm going into my third year with Metro Brokers.  

What advantages has Metro Brokers offered to your career?
The advantages of Metro Brokers for my real estate career is that I'm free to run my business the way that I choose.  I work with commercial clients, residential clients, and property management, leasing services, we're just free to run our operation the way that we would like run it and we benefit from the credibility of a really solid brand and exceptional technology tools.  

How has Metro Brokers saved you money?
Well, I think in the big picture Metro Brokers saves my business money, because they have got volume buying power, there is a large number of people and based on the numbers that we have, we get solid pricing, discounted pricing and it saves my company money in the big picture over services that I would have to buy independently.

How does the free education provided by Metro Brokers benefit you and your company?
Oh I love these benefits and I love the free instruction, Tony Marietta is a great instructor, he is very entertaining, this venue at the Budweiser Events Center

What are your future plans with Metro Brokers?
I'm going to continue moving forward the way that I am right now, continue go into my offices and continue providing services to the members within my offices and helping Metro Brokers negotiate better benefits for other Metro Brokers.
