Margariete Krumm:  Colorado's Best Home Inspections.

Metro Brokers TV:  There we go.  So, Jim and Margariete, tell me a little bit about your business, how long you have been in business, what you do, what sets you apart, and how you can best serve Metro Broker membership?

James Krumm:  Well, we have been in business since 2005, about four years now.  I am the Vice President of InterNACHI, Colorado.  We also provide training for NACHI inspectors.  We provide high quality home inspections and commercial building inspections in the Denver Front Range area.  We also do well inspections, radon testing, and water quality with an inspection.  Margariete answers the phone and she is kind of the brains behind the outfit.

Metro Brokers TV:  Terrific.  Margariete, anything you would like to add?

Margariete Krumm:  Well, we are just looking forward to a wonderful 2009 and working with Metro Brokers Inc., developing our relationships with the real estate professionals with Metro Brokers, and hoping that everyone has a very safe and prosperous 2009.
