Hello my name is Steve Konecny.  I'm with Metro Brokers Liberty Associates.  My office is located 8480 East Orchard Road in Greenwood Village, Colorado.  

I'm here today to talk to you a little bit about short sales.  A short sale is negotiated by an experienced realtor such as myself using a third party transaction company to see if we can get the bank to negotiate with us to take less than what is owed on your home. 

Many folks find themselves in a position today, especially in this market of unemployment, etcetera, where they cannot make their mortgage payment.  

A short sale is an alternative to their foreclosure.
