Growing up has never been easy, but it seems like it may be a bit harder if it takes longer. There is a new pattern of growth and maturation for young adults. People are taking longer to settle down these days. The pattern has developed over the last 50 years and not they say 30 is the new 20. A generation ago, people started to find a career, spouse, and home around age 20 and now they are finding those things at age 30.
