Home Builders are struggling in this Economy

Its not a double dip recession; we never came out of the recession to begin with. The recovery is much slower than people thought it would be. Home builders are struggling in this economy, and many thought that the government spending would help, still others thought the government housing projects would help the housing market, but to our dismay, we are still neck deep in a recession.

Whenever there is a new piece of information that shows the economy is still not on track people are just not surprised. Of course were still in a recession, and that just confirmed it, as if we need confirmation.

The artificial increase in housing numbers by the federal tax credit incentives made some people mistakenly think the recession was over and now we are slipping right back into another one. The perception was false! The increase in house buying was artificially induced by the White House and masked reality for a short time, and now we see that the reality is that we are still in a recession and smoke and mirrors wont hide it.
