Interviewer:  Hi, I am Kathy Soltero at Metro Brokers tv.com.  Today we are at the 2011 Annual Meeting for Metro Brokers, and we are talking with some of our sponsors for the event.  And we have April Kovari with us today.  April, thank you so much for joining us.

April Kovari:  Thank you for having us, we are thrilled to be here.

Interviewer:  And for being a special sponsor for us as well.  Tell me about your company?

April Kovari:  Well, Heritage Title is a full-service title insurance provider.  We do everything from residential to commercial, construction loan disbursement for closures, anything that you might need.

Interviewer:  What about some of the special things that we have to deal with?

April Kovari:  The special things that we have are..., well these days short sales is a big thing so we are very, very sure short sales can offer a lot different options.  You can use your own coordinator or you can use a preferred coordinator of ours.  We also love the fact that we offer many tools that help support the agent.  We have HTC agent which provides figures and numbers in your handheld.  We've got "listing promoter" which gives you a web based website for your listings, which is just fabulous and our newest is the "customer connection" which keeps you in front of your customer beyond the closing.  We send out e-mails six times a year to the consumer about specific things to their property and your information stays in front of them for the duration of the time they own the home.  So, that's one of the services that we are thrilled to be offering and presenting here today as a as a new product.
