In this video by IPTVBoyz, Jeff Corn of HDR Homes explains their new high definition video services to market your properties. 

Interviewer:  Hi, I am Kathy Soltero with metrobrokerstv.com, and today we are at our 2011 Metro Brokers Annual Meeting, and we are talking with some of our wonderful sponsors and Jeff tell me a little bit about your company, and your sponsorship over here?

Jeff Corn:  Sure, I'm Jeff Corn with HDR Homes your photography and virtual tour provider, and we are happy to support Metro Brokers, it's a great organization and we are happy to offer our services.

Interviewer:  Tell me a little about your company, what sort of things do you actually offer?

Jeff Corn:  Sure, we offer photography and virtual tour services, like people are familiar with some of the other mass marketed national firms, but what we have done is unique. Over the last year, we've developed a proprietary process called HD-Real, what that allows us to do is provide magazine quality photos, our photos are in magazines for the exact same prices as people are used to paying for, you know, 20 or 30 photos, so we do a full virtual tour with 30 photos or more for only $129.

Interviewer:  That's pretty awesome.  So HD, then I imagine it's all high def.

Jeff Corn:  Sure HDR actually stands for High Dynamic Range, so if I could explain to you real quickly, what we do is we take five exposures of every single shot that we shoot and then at different exposure levels we then overlap all the photos, and we have an automated process that we've designed that can then pull all of the best parts of all those photos, so realtors are used to seeing and we're used to seeing stuff on MLS that has, you know, windows that are all blown out or we see shadow details that are way too dark.  And what our process has allowed us to do is to pull all of that, so you can actually see out of the window and you can still see all the detail in a room, so the color and vibrancy really is pretty spectacular and it's really a game changer for the industry.
