Kathy Soltero interviews 2010 Annual Meeting sponsor Angela Shepherd with Access U2 Property by Phone, who talks about going green and getting leads with texting.
Kathy Soltero: Hi, Im Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV. Today were at the annual meeting, joined with one of our sponsors. Angela tell me about your company. You are one of our valued sponsors.
Angela Shepherd: We are Access U2 Property by Phone and what we do is eliminate the need for paper flyers. We make it easier for brokers to get property information sent to a consumer's cell phone through a text message. So were going green, saving trees and were getting leads for brokers that paper flyers never did. We know what happens with the first fifty flyers that they put out: the curious neighbors get them, and so when they have a writer sitting on their sign thats constantly monitoring their property 24/7 and getting them the consumer cellphone number, they can instantly followup with them. The consumer wants information and they want it now, and so thats what were here for.
Interviewer: Is there anything that can benefit Metro Brokers agents specifically?
Angela Shepherd: It will benefit them by getting buyers that are out looking at properties, at their listings, and it will text them, it will e-mail them, their cell phone number, in which property they are sitting in front of. It will also give them the ability to text them back, to do a text blast if they have a open house, or some new event thats coming up, and so...
