Also, pay attention to your surroundings. Whats going on in your neighborhood or the neighborhoods you have houses listed in? Post information about local events, news, and perhaps causes. People will soon realize you are actually a resource and will continue to visit your site as well as tell their friends about your site, and many of them just might be future clients.
