Metro Brokers TV: I am Scott Shields with Metro Brokers TV, coming to you today live at the Broadmoor Hotel at the CAR state convention and I am joined here with Gary DiGiorgio. Gary, thank you for coming down today.

Gary DiGiorgio: It's great to be down here Scott. Thanks for being here and representing Metro Brokers at the Colorado Association of Realtors convention.

Metro Brokers TV: You got that one out. So, Gary, tell me about your experience with Metro Brokers. When did you join Metro Brokers?

Gary DiGiorgio: If I told you how long I have been with Metro Brokers, it would surprise you probably, 20 years. I joined Metro Brokers in 1988 and I was with the North West office for going on like 15 years and I have been at Westminster for five years; but straight company, I cannot imagine why anybody would not want to be at Metro Brokers.

Metro Brokers TV: So, what would you say to those that are watching this right now on metrobrokerstv.com about why they should be joining Metro Brokers?

Gary DiGiorgio: You already have several advantages[Phonetic] Scott. #1, I would say having a small mom and pop shop is not the answer. You need to have basically a big name with you. Metro Brokers is a nice identity or Metro Brokers stop sign with our new little... Metro Brokers Real Estate[Phonetic] I think is fantastic. So, it gives you an association with a big company, but it is not what a big company costs. The fees of Metro Brokers are so reasonable and 100% Commission structure,  that there is always a place for you someplace in somebody's office.
