Interviewer:  Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with metrobrokerstv.com.  Today we are at the 2011 Metro Broker's Annual Meeting, and we are talking with some of our wonderful sponsors today.  Today I have Hannah Costa, and Hannah tell me about the company that you are with.

Hannah Costa:  Thanks.  I'm with First Bank.  We've been in business since 1963 and we are 100 percent employee owned.  We can do pretty much anything, any lending that you are looking for, we do consumer mortgages, commercial mortgages, any kind of mortgage that you are looking for with self-directed retirement plans and things like that so you know, we're happy to be here.

Interviewer: That's wonderful, and now tell me, it's very challenging right now to even to get loans... is it okay with your bank or is it working?

Hannah Costa:  Yep.  We are going forward with all kinds of real estate loans.  It is hard to get things done, but that's a good thing about working with First Bank, we are flexible and we can get loans done that maybe other vendors can't do, since we are, you know, as a private company we have the flexibility to make those decisions and to take little more risk than other companies might.

Interviewer:  Awesome, well we really appreciate you being a sponsor here for annual meeting.
