and today, we are at the 2012 Metro
Brokers Annual Meeting at the Wellshire
Event Center here in Denver. We are

tell us a little bit about your company, the name of it, and what you do?
Jim Horvat: Great Kathy, thank you. My name is Jim Horvat, and I am with 1st
Consumer Benefit Consultants and what 1st
CBC does, is we provide small businesses with Employee Assistance Programs,
kind of like, unlike traditional employee assistance programs, we provide this
at no cost to the employer, and it's an index of services such as health,
wellness, legal, financial, amongst others to the employee at no cost to the
employers. So these are all benefits
that the employer can provide as an expanded benefit program.
Interviewer: And
how have you partnered down with Metro Brokers?
Jim
Horvat: We have partnered with Metro
Brokers, which is a nice benefit for us in a sense that we can offer these to
all the brokers and their friends and families, so that they have, they can
expand on the benefit package, and concentrate on what they do best and that's
real estate, and leave the benefits to us.
