Metro Brokers TV:  Hi! I am Amy Chase and we are here at the 2009 annual Metro Brokers meeting at the Denver Performing Arts Complex.  I am here with Desiree Banka with North American Title Company.  Welcome Desiree.

Desiree Banka:  Thank you.  We are glad to be here.

Metro Brokers TV:  Absolutely.  So tell me a little bit about your company and what you can do for the Metro Brokers membership?

Desiree Banka:  North American Title Company is a company that is found along the Front Range here in Colorado and actually in 13 other states around the country, the largest growing market areas.  We offer a variety of services with an expert title, escrow, and sales team to help agents with everything from closing their transactions to wisely using their marketing dollars with monthly marketing pieces, etc.  We are also focusing on trying to go green.  We have a great program called NATTrack that allows agents to have their documents paperlessly, we accept contracts via E-contracts and actually have a partnership with E-contract; so, if the agents are in need of that, we can help with that resource as well and a great program called NATnews that allows them to get their daily news articles from multiple periodicals all over the country right at their fingertips on their own home computers or laptops and so we are really trying to focus on what we can do to help the agents build their business and be the best informed out there in the marketplace.
