The Housing and Transportation Affordability Index is an interactive tool that measures the true affordability of housing based on its location.

By clicking on a region on the map, you can compare side-by-side data between cities, from gas prices to auto use to environmental factors.

The project was developed by CNT and its collaborative partner, the Center for Transit Oriented Development (CTOD), as a project of The Brookings Institution's Urban Markets Initiative.
