Interviewer: Hi, I am Scott
Shields, and I am with Metro Brokers
and I am joined here today by one of our members Ron Herdt. Ron, thank you
for coming down and joining us here today at the 2011 Realtor Rally.
Ron Herdt: Thank you Scott.
Interviewer: So you are actually one of our office owners,
you own a physical Metro Brokers
office that's correct?
Ron Herdt: Yes that's
correct.
Interviewer: Tell us where that location is and what are
you specialized in and....?
Ron Herdt: Our office is
about four miles north of downtown Denver
near the Boulder Turnpike, in I-25. We specialize in property management. We do real estate sales also but our forte is
property management.
Interviewer: And how long have you been with Metro Brokers?
Ron Herdt: Close to 10 years
now.
Interviewer: And you are loving it so far.
Ron Herdt: Very much yes.
Interviewer: What keeps you with Metro Brokers?
Ron Herdt: The idea that
we're, we look bigger than life, for our little company to be a Metro Broker affiliated company just
makes us look bigger than the normal.
Interviewer: So, so your own independent company that you
have your own brokerage can be a part of a bigger and have the brand
recognition is that.
Ron Herdt: Yes, the brand recognition, that and I can
recruit agents and I also can recruit other companies to come at our location.
Interviewer: And join your office location.
Ron Herdt: Yes.
Interviewer: That's great, so what do you think of the
rally so far?
Ron Herdt: Its, its good,
good turnout, lot of vendors, lot of good ideas.
Interviewer: Have you been in the educational classes.
Ron Herdt: No I am working a
booth for the property managers.
