Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) Call to Action: Please Oppose SB 185 and HB1017

Coloradoans, your State Senator will soon be providing a critical vote on two important pieces of legislation impacting the real estate industry.

SB 185 seeks to make unnecessary changes to landlord-tenant relations with regard to the Warranty of Habitability and HB 1017 expands local governments' role in enacting rent control. Please contact your State Senator immediately and respectfully ask that they vote NO on SB 185 and HB 1017.
