Kathy Soltero: Hi. I am Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV. Today we are at our 2010 Annual Meeting and we are speaking with some of our sponsors at the meeting, and Steve Garrison is one of our sponsors from Grandview of Roxborough. Tell us a little bit about your company, Steve.

Steve Garrison: We are a life services retirement community, really the only one in the nation that provides full, deeded ownership to somebody who wants to truly agent place.
